Each class blends breathwork, mindfulness, and intentional stillness to help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and support recovery from training and daily life.
This class is accessible to all levels and does not require prior meditation experience. You’ll be guided throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace, whether you’re looking to decompress, reset your mindset, or build a consistent meditation practice.

Sober & Strong is a free, weekly Atlas community experience that blends intentional conversation with a structured group workout. Each session begins with a guided, discussion-based meeting focused on clarity, accountability, and living well without substances, followed by a full-body workout designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence.
This class is open to anyone living sober, sober-curious, or seeking a supportive, substance-free environment rooted in growth, connection, and movement. All recovery paths are respected, sharing is always optional, and the focus remains on lived experience, mutual respect, and personal responsibility.

Active Agility is a performance-based training class built around real-world, three-dimensional movement. Designed for athletes and active adults, this class develops the ability to move, react, and transfer force efficiently in all directions — on the court and in everyday life.
Workouts use integrated, loaded movement patterns that train the body as one connected system, emphasizing lateral and rotational movement, deceleration, balance, and dynamic core control. Sessions focus on improving movement efficiency, joint resilience, and athletic conditioning, helping participants generate power, absorb force, and change direction safely and confidently.
This class is ideal for pickleball, tennis, golf, and recreational athletes who want to perform better, reduce injury risk, and maintain long-term athleticism. All exercises are scalable and adaptable, making Active Agility accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering a true athletic training experience.
Jocks After Dark is a fun, men-only workout and social event designed to bring energy, movement, and community together in the evening. The night begins with upbeat music and an optional coach-led workout for those who want structure, while others are welcome to train independently and do their own workout.
After training, the space remains open to relax, socialize, and enjoy the group atmosphere. This event is about flexibility, movement, and connection—whether you follow the workout, do your own thing, or simply enjoy being part of the energy in the room.
