Mindset Meditation is a 45-minute guided practice designed to calm the nervous system, sharpen focus, and strengthen the mind–body connection. Each class blends breathwork, mindfulness, and intentional stillness to help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and support recovery from training and daily life.

This class is accessible to all levels and does not require prior meditation experience. You’ll be guided throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace, whether you’re looking to decompress, reset your mindset, or build a consistent meditation practice.

Mindset Meditation pairs especially well with strength training, high-intensity workouts, and busy schedules that demand mental resilience.

Sober & Strong is a free, weekly Atlas community experience that blends intentional conversation with a structured group workout. Each session begins with a guided, discussion-based meeting focused on clarity, accountability, and living well without substances, followed by a full-body workout designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence.

This class is open to anyone living sober, sober-curious, or seeking a supportive, substance-free environment rooted in growth, connection, and movement. All recovery paths are respected, sharing is always optional, and the focus remains on lived experience, mutual respect, and personal responsibility.
